hi,
after upgrade of package perl-CGI from version 2.91
to version 2.99 oepnwebmail doest't work.
- owm opens login page: http://webmail.pig.sk/cgi-bin/openwebmail.pl
- i enter valid login and password
- owm tries open: http://webmail.pig.sk/cgi-bin/%2Fcgi-bin%2Fopenwebmail.pl
http://webmail.pig.sk/cgi-bin/%2Fcgi-bin%2Fopenwebmail.pl is of
course invalid.

It looks like the new CGI.pm has a little bug.
