Post by arnuldPost by RafaÅ CygnarowskiPost by arnuldi want to install PLD Linux. i need gcc 4.x to work on a project
wheras PLD rescue CD has gcc 3.6.
IS it possible to upgrade to gcc 4.x without compiling/breaking the
whole system.
Do you plan to work "on" rescue CD or install PLD on harddisk?
i am downloading x86 Rescue CD an will use that to install PLD on my
hard-disk with my working Broad-Band conenection
So... check your /etc/poldek/pld-source.conf file for what repository you want
to use to install your PLD. If you want qcc 4.x try "Th" available at
ftp://ftp.pld-linux.org/dists/3.0/ (or PLD mirrors).
